SAFETY & QUALITY
MERCO’s health and safety practices are embodied in a continually evolving set of policies designed to reflect the real-world conditions our field workforce faces on the job site. This approach ensures a workforce that feels its needs in the field are considered by management to be an integral part of the success of every project
Merco’s quality control program is integral to our entire construction process. Beginning with pre-construction reviews, submittals and shop drawings along with detailed construction work plans. All work is thoroughly planned prior to implementation at the project level. A three phase inspection program (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up) is utilized to monitor and maintain the program throughout the duration of the project. Third party testing is utilized for concrete and shotcrete compliance.
